10 years already? Dios Mio! Since high school, I attended Illinois State University, studied English with the radical notion of (gasp) not being a teacher, read Frankenstein 5 times in 4 years and earned my BA in 2001. After that, I worked a few sales jobs that are best described as "sitcomish" and we'll leave it at that! For the last few years I've been empoyed as a Quality Assurance Coordinator (really just a fancy term for "proofreader") for Apartments.com in Chicago. It sounds tedious, but I enjoy it as it makes great use of my sharp eye and trivial mind.
In 2001, I met a guy named Dave Caulton and it was love at first smirk. After 6 years together, we're getting married this October! We currently reside in Naperville with our three cats.
